Mr. Larsen has represented many large and small employee benefit plans, trusts, plan sponsors, fiduciaries and service providers. He has extensive experience with a wide range of TPAs, PBMs, stop-loss carriers, captives, insurance carriers, and cost-containment vendors. His focus is on self-funded medical, prescription drug, dental, vision and disability benefit plans.

Mr. Larsen has been an in-house ERISA attorney for multiple Fortune 500 companies, an HR Professional for a Fortune 500 company, as well as a licensed Employee Benefits Broker/Consultant for a national brokerage firm. He knows how things work in the benefits world.
